Quick Review

Ford Expedition is a beast SUV with great off-roading capabilities, although for some reason it's not the first choice for dune bashers in Middle East. It has a powerful V8 engine that delivers 85% of torque in 1500 RPM, great for climbing those big dunes. On road too, the acceleration is under 9 seconds. Drive wise, there is very little body roll, smooth comfortable drive. The tires are a bit smaller than the previous generations which creates a bit of squealing at high speeds.

Interior space is abundant, pleasant surprise even in 3rd row. The equipment is quite decent and overall a comfortable cabin. The dash is a let down with hard touch material which we didn't expect. Also the steering wheel controls are small and not the most user-friendly.

Overall this is a capable vehicle for off-road and on-road performance. It's great for families and competes well with Chevrolet Tahoe and Nissan Patrol in it's class.
