The 2014 VW Touareg is a midsize luxury SUV, intended to be more a soft roader than an off-roader, designed for people who want more space and practicality with the stability and grunt of a 4x4 with a touch of understated luxury. Opting for the R-Line or Sport models adds bigger rims, air suspension for even better comfort and revised body styling for a more premium look.

Being a VW, the interior has a simple, minimalist and logical design while retaining a premium feel. Standard equipment is decent and a number of options are available to suit any needs.
