In recent times, parking spaces have gone for as high as $500,000 USD but never at $1 million USD. This one sets the benchmark high. At this price, you don't even own the parking, you can only lease it. The lease will expire when a tenant moves out. I prefer paying 4,000 AED per year for basement parking in Dubai!
