Quick Review

The 2014 Hyundai Tucson is one of the most stylish budget SUV's in the market right now. It can comfortably seat 5 adults in a decently spacious cabin and has a regular everyday drive like quality. It has a panoramic sunroof which covers pretty much the entire top of the SUV, giving some fantastic views on long drives. However the SUV struggles at higher speeds, interior finishing is below average and the sound system needs significant improvement. There are no rear A/C vents which can cause some discomfort to rear passengers in the Middle Eastern summers. The boot space is fairly adequate for family usage and the rear seats can be folded to create extra room. All in all a decent budget SUV under 100,000 AED which can be used well for a couple of years before trading it in for a higher specification SUV.

Rivals like Toyota Rav4 and Honda CR-V are higher priced compared to the Tucson and have better interior materials and some more tech. However most budget SUV shoppers will find the Tucson to have enough in it to merit a serious look.
