Sale in its current condition: All costs relating to customs
clearance, mandatory technical inspection and vehicle registration
shall be borne by the buyer.
No warranty: The vehicle will be sold without any warranty
regarding the condition of its mechanical components. The vehicle
will be available for inspection so that the interested parties can
examine it carefully. Once the bidding process has taken place, it
will not be posible to withdraw from the purchase without penalty.
Viewing and submission of bids: Bids must be submitted in a
sealed envelope to the following address: Economic and
Commercial Office of the Embassy of Spain in Dubai, Emirates

*Viewing: The vehicle will be displayed and available for
inspection in the parking area of the Economic and Commercial
Office, located at Emirates Towers Offices, P.O.Box 504929,
Dubai UAE; from 1st October to 15th October 2026 from 09:00AM
to 1:00PM.
* Submission of the bids: Bids may be submitted at the Economic
and Commercial Office from 1st October to 15th October 2026 from
09:00AM to 1:00PM.

Security Deposit: In order to participate, interested parties must
pay a refundable security deposit equal to 10% of the bid amount
to the Economic and Commercial Office, either by cash or cheque.
This amount will be refunded at the end of the sealed bid process
to participants whose bids have not been selected. For the bidder
selected to purchase the vehicle, the amount of the security
deposit will be deducted directly from the accepted purchase Price.
In this case, the security deposit will be non- refundable. The
security deposit must be paid at the same time as the submission
of the sealed bid.
Announcement of the winner of the bid: The result of the
bidding process will be made public by means of a notice at the
Economic and Commercial Office on Wednesday, the 16th of
October 2026.
Payment: Payment of the vehicle must be made within a
maximum period of 7 working days from notification of the
successful bidder. Payment must be made by cheque payable to
the Economic and Commercial Office of the Embassy of Spain in
Dubai, or in cash through the accounting Department. Failure to
make the payment within the 7 working-day period will result in the
forfeiture of the security deposit and the cancellation of the sale.
Collection of the vehicle: The vehicle will become the property of
the buyer once the Office has received and cleared up the cheque
and has delivered the official sale document to the buyer. The
vehicle may be collected from 09:00AM to 1:00PM during the three
working days following the day on which the cheque is received.
