For the first time in the Middle East region, Al Futtaim has launched the first home-grown motorsports reality TV show with the Toyota Motorsport Academy. Spread out into 9 episodes, the series will take viewers through the quest of 150 ‘off-roading academics’, selected by Al Futtaim Toyota, to become the very best.

Al Futtaim Toyota shortlisted the top 150 from a whopping 1200 applications. There are 13 different nations represented among the competitors, with UAE citizens and female racers doing particularly well. 

The participants will be taking part in a number of driving, media, and fitness challenges to win the crown of the Al-Futtaim Toyota Gazoo Racing Off-Road Ambassador for 2023.

Starting from Tuesday, 4th April, the episodes will start streaming on Shahid, the region’s biggest Arabic-language streaming platform, throughout Ramadan. The finale episodes will be aired live at the end of May 2023. The full schedule is as follows:
