2014 Infiniti Q50 and G37 to be sold side-by-side in US

Infiniti is planning to sell the new G37 Sedan and the 2014 Infiniti Q50 at the same time side by side during the transition process of phasing out G37 to the Q50, according to Infiniti's Kyle Bazemore talking to Autoblog. 

Infiniti talked about renaming all the models, and when asked if the Q50 is replacing the G37 sedan, Bazemore answered "it will end up being much more than that."

The 2014 Q50 is set at a price of $37,605, which is $600 cheaper than G37 sedan, although it is a lot better looking and better equipped. It will be a higher end version of the outgoing G37 sedan. 

The 2014 Infiniti Q50 is expected to be available on the 5th of August in US showrooms.
